1 Content responsibility

The user is responsible for reviewing and publishing content generated or modified with the platform.

2 Acceptable use

NeuralRank may not be used for spam, illegal activity or third-party rights infringement.

3 Subscription and billing

NeuralRank offers Free, Pro and Agency plans with billing handled by Stripe.

• Free: limited access to test the platform.
• Pro: for consultants and small teams.
• Agency: for agencies and larger portfolios.

4 Cancellations and refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the dashboard and remain active until the end of the current period.

5 Usage limits and NeuralFuel

Each plan includes NeuralFuel consumed by AI and analysis operations.

• NeuralFuel renews per billing cycle. Pro can carry over up to 100,000 unused credits and Agency up to 400,000.
• Rate limits may be applied to protect stability.
• Abusive use may lead to temporary suspension.

6 Intellectual property

Users retain rights over their data and original content.

• The NeuralRank brand belongs to NeuralRank.
• Content generated for the user belongs to the user.

7 Limitation of liability

NeuralRank is provided as is. Users should review results before applying them in production.

8 Account termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise service security.

9 Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
