1 Information we collect

To provide reports and optimizations, we collect:

• Identity: name and email through Google OAuth.
• Google Search Console metrics from connected properties.
• Google Analytics 4 metrics when a property is connected.
• Content, reports and settings generated by the user.

2 How we use data

Data is used exclusively to run NeuralRank features.

• We process technical data to generate dashboards, audits, recommendations and reports.
• We do not sell data or use it to train external models.

3 Secure storage

• Data is stored on protected cloud infrastructure.
• Access tokens are encrypted and can be revoked from Google or the app.

4 No sale of data

NeuralRank does not sell or transfer personal data or connected metrics to third parties.

5 Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion by writing to soporte@neuralrank.pro.

7 Retention period

We keep data while the account is active or while required by legal obligations.

• Google API data: during the connection and up to 90 days after disconnection.
• Technical logs: up to 30 days.
• Tax data: for the applicable legal period.

8 International transfers

Infrastructure may operate in the European Union and the United States with appropriate safeguards.

9 Third-party services

We use providers to host, authenticate, bill and operate the service.

• Supabase and cloud providers for database and authentication.
• Stripe for payments.
• Cloud infrastructure for internal processing.
• Google Cloud and Google APIs authorized by the user.
• Auxiliary services for images or resources when needed.

10 PageSpeed Insights data

PageSpeed Insights is used to analyze technical performance and Core Web Vitals.

11 Cookies

We use cookies and local storage required for authentication, sessions and preferences.

• Required session cookies.
• LocalStorage for preferences and session state.
• We do not use advertising tracking inside the app.
